EPL is an annual subscription package. Customers get regularly 3-4 times a year proved software updates. Stylite develops EGroupware further according to its current road map.

Service rate regarding training, consulting and technical support for EPL customers only: 120,00 EUR/hour excl. VAT 19% (142,80 EUR/hour incl. VAT 19%)

1) The Stylite EPL software subscription includes no technical support services on customer's servers, installations or any other kind of technical equipment, unless maintenance services are contractually agreed in advance.
2) Contract period 12 months. Extension of the contract about 12 months if contract is not cancelled in written form before expiration (3 month notice).
3) Allowed number of installations 1+1: 1 installation for productive use, 1 for test or presentation purpose.
4) Stylite Help Desk to report bugs, errors or other technical issues.
Questions regarding EGroupware customisation and set up, user support, training and consulting on base of
On-demand support packages or Starter workshops, which are payable in advance. Basic training in MyStylite (in English) includes no personal Internet or classroom training.
